More Food!

It's a winter wonderland out side today, I would show you except I've been far to busy trudging though a paper on the Welfare State. However, what I did in celebration of the wondrous winter day it has turned out to be was to make possible the best Home Fries I have made to date, and paired it with my favorite Banana Bread and a cup-o-coffee. It was so good, I wish I could have it every morning. The home fries were

The home fries were easy easy. For 2 of us we cut up 5 average sized red potatoes in large chunks and diced up 1 onion. Through them both into a baking dish, added a heap of butter, sprinkled with dill and oregano. Baked at 475 for 20 mins. Serve and Enjoy!

The Banana Bread is something that I whip up a couple times a week usually.
2 Bananas (the softer the better)
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 and 3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking POWDER, 1/2 tsp baking SODA
Splash of Vanilla
Handful of chocolate chips.

Mix it all up, pour into bread pan, let significant other like bowl or spatula with you.
bake at 375 for 40 or so mins.
Let cool for 10 mins or so, cut, butter, and enjoy!
(I leave the coffee making up to Michael.)
